Officers responded to a family member’s report of a possible suicide at 206 Nicodemus Rd. in Reistertown shortly before 11:20 a.m. on April 1, 1986. There, they found Theodore Enoch Kelley Sr. on the living room couch with several stab wounds to the upper body, police said. The woman was walking near the 6000 block of Ager Road in Hyattsville when two men grabbed her and sexually assaulted her at knifepoint in a nearby wooded area around 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 4.
