Terrance Hazelwood, 41, was charged with first-degree attempted murder and other offenses, Baltimore Police said Tuesday, Feb. 20. Hazelwood is accused of shooting a 31-year-old man and firing at Baltimore officers during their response on the 1300 block of Laurens Street on Friday, Feb. 16.
