Victims Displaced By Early Morning Fire In Capitol Heights Three people were homeless after an early-morning fire Thursday, March 3 in Capitol Heights, fire officials said. Firefighters from the Prince George's County Fire Department were called to a two-story home in the 1200 block of Abel Avenue for a reported structure fire just after 2 a.m.  Approx. 2:10 AM #PGFD units were dispatched to a 2-story duplex in the 1200-block of Abel Ave. in Capitol Heights for a reported structure fire.
