Montgomery County Phone Services Disrupted Montgomery County phone services will be disrupted for an hour on the evening of Tuesday, Nov. 22, officials say. Phone services will be disrupted between 9 and 10 p.m. while the Department of Technology Services and Business Solutions works to implement a secondary network connection for the system, according to Montgomery County Government Officials. Callers trying to reach the County’s 24-Hour Crisis Center should call 240-687-4392 between 9 and 10 p.m. this evening. Bruised, Unconscious Toddler Found Outside DC Building May Have Been Abused, Report Says A 2-year-old boy found unconscious outside of a Washington DC apartment may have been physically abused, NBC Washington reports citing authorities and sources. A 911 call was placed around 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, reporting the boy was found outside Trinity Plaza at 21 Atlantic St. SW, the outlet said. Stafford Country Club Receives Serious Backlash For 9/11-Themed Menu The Clubhouse restaurant at Aquia Harbour recently posted a tone-deaf, 9/11-themed menu, and people are outraged, DailyMail.com reported. Menu items that were meant to "honor" the 21st anniversary of 9/11 included "Freedom Flounder", "Pentagon Pie", and "2977 Chowder", referring to the number of people who died in the attack, the website said. Police Desperately Searching For Elderly Man Missing For Month In Baltimore Police and family are growing concerned as time passes since the last sighting of an elderly Baltimore man, authorities say. Leroy Harcum Jr., 67, was last seen on June 7, 2022 on the 1800 block of Eutaw Place, according to the Baltimore Police Department.  Harcum is described as 6-feet, 5-inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds. The men are Malachi Smith, 18, Tony Terrell Blunt Jr., 19, Byron Lamar Dickey Jr., 19, and another unidentified juvenile who was 17 at the time of the incident.  Investigators believe Smith and the unidentified juvenile agreed to meet with Blunt and Dickey for an illegal gun sale on Feb. 13, police said.  During their meeting, an argument broke out and escalated to shots being fired and Blunt was shot in the leg.
