DC Man Sentenced For Assaulting US Capitol Police With Molotov Cocktails: DOJ
A Washington, DC man will spend time behind bars after confronting US Capitol Police officers with Molotov cocktails while on probation for a similar offense, federal officials announced. Bernard McCutcheon, 26, has been sentenced to 60 months in prison, with all but 30 months suspended, for an incident last summer after pleading guilty in September to assault with a dangerous weapon.
