Pedestrian Struck By Two Cars Dies At Hospital Weeks After Crash In MD, Police Say A 75-year-old man was killed after being struck by two vehicles while attempting to cross a busy Baltimore County roadway earlier this month. Bernard Emanuel died at an area hospital weeks after he was struck near the intersection of Rolling Road and Dogwood Road in Windsor Mill, according to police. Detectives say that Emanuel was walking across Rolling Road when he was struck by a 2004 Acura TL that was traveling southbound on the roadway.
