A 19-year-old self-proclaimed "businessman" is facing charges for operating a "chop-shop" out of his Montgomery County home. Bill Gomez has been arrested and charged following a months-long scheme in the Rockville and Baltimore areas. The Rockville resident became the key suspect as the Montgomery County Department of Police's Auto Crime Enforcement Section (ACES) began investigating a sudden rise of Infiniti G37 models being stolen throughout the region, authorities say.
