Motorcyclist Killed In MD Crash Was In His 'True Happy Place' When He Died, Family Says A family is in mourning after a family member who goes by many names was killed riding his beloved Harley-Davidson in Howard County over the weekend.  Charles Franklin Bailey, Jr., 63, was killed shortly before 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 4, when he lost control of his motorcycle and was struck head-on by a pick-up truck. "Our father Chuck, Chuckie, Chuckie Cheese was the greatest man. He touched so many peoples lives and has undoubtedly left a hole in all of our hearts," organizers of a GoFundMe campaign made for his family said.
