State Police ID Maryland Man Killed By Hit-Run Driver In Damaged Chrysler 300 Maryland State Police investigators are on the lookout for a Chrysler 300 with damage to the front of the passenger's side with a missing mirror that was involved in a fatal Cecil County hit-and-run. Conowingo resident Christopher Tavis Mayse, 53, was pronounced dead at the scene of a fatal crash in North East early on Friday morning where the driver fled from the scene, according to authorities.
