An armed man was shot and killed outside a Baltimore County gas station after police say he pointed a weapon at them. The Baltimore County officer shot by a gunman has been released from the hospital. The officer was struck Saturday June 4, while responding to a call of "unknown trouble" on 500 Virginia Avenue around 8:40 p.m., his department said.
