Police ID Driver, Passenger Killed Fleeing From Armed Robbery In Virginia Police investigators have released the names of a driver and passenger who were killed in a violent Virginia crash while fleeing an armed robbery. Ruther Glen resident Charles Boone, 39, and Jovann Paige, 27, of Stafford County, were both killed on Monday, Oct. 24 following a police pursuit that began shortly before 2:30 a.m. when Fredricksburg police received a call from a victim of an armed robbery near the Spotsylvania County line.
