City resident Tyree Wells, 29 has been arrested and charged for his alleged role in a morning shooting that left Jordan Taylor with fatal injuries.  Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12 to the 1700 block of Ramsay Street, where they found Taylor in an area backyard suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
