Deborah Armstrong, 71, has been identified as the victim in the shooting that occurred shortly after 9 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 18 in the area of Martin Luther King Jr. Highway and Business Parkway, according to Prince George's County police. Police were called to the scene for reports of a shooting involving two vehicles, officials said. Gilbert Turner, was last seen in the 2100 block of R Street, Southeast, on Thursday, Aug. 11, according to DC police. Turner is described as a black male with a medium complexion, police said.
