Townhouses Torched By Two-Alarm Fire In Harford County All hands were on deck on Monday when a fast-moving fire rapidly spread to several residences when a townhouse blaze broke out, officials say. Firefighters from several agencies in northern Maryland on Feb. 5, when a two-alarm fire was reported in the 600 block of Shore Drive in Joppa that displaced two residents.  According to officials, upon arrival, crews from the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company found three townhouses involved in the fire, though no injuries were reported and all residents were able to escape safely.
