Virginia Con Caught With Drugs, Illegal Weapon During Traffic Stop In Frederick County: Sheriff A man no stranger to law enforcement is facing new charges in Frederick County after being busted with a host of drugs during a traffic stop.  Late last week, officials say that Winchester, Virginia resident Sean Lloyd Roberts, 49, was stopped by a sheriff's deputy for what started as a routine traffic stop that ultimately landed him behind bars. Officials say that on March 21, Roberts was stopped while driving in the westbound lanes of I-70 in Frederick, during which he was found to be in possession of drugs and a weapon, leading to his arrest.
