During the afternoon dismissal, an elementary school student was found to be in possession of an unloaded handgun during his bus route, raising some alarms for the bus driver and other students being taken home on Wednesday, April 5. Etienne Kabongo, 67, claimed he was not criminally responsible for abusing the four girls due to a mental disorder after he pleaded guilty to the crime, announced the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office. Kabongo was accused of abusing the special needs girls, who were ages 12, 12, 18, and 20 at the time of the incidents. Montgomery County School Bus Crashes Head On Into Passenger Van: Police Authorities say that a school bus full of kids is safe after colliding with a passenger van on Wednesday morning.
