'Peeping Tom' At Large After Separate Incidents On Neighboring Maryland Blocks, Police Say An alleged “peeping tom” is at large following a pair of incidents that occurred on neighboring blocks in Maryland. Both incidents occurred on Flower Avenue in Takoma Park around 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, police said. A male first peered into a female’s bedroom window on the 7400 block before another resident found a ladder leaning against their own home on the 7500 block. The suspect is believed to be a white Hispanic man dressed in dark clothing and possible wearing a black shirt, police added.
