It took less than 24 hours for members of the Metropolitan Police Department to track down a vehicle that was linked to Sunday's mass shooting in Northwest DC that left two dead and five hospitalized. New details have emerged after members of the United States Park Police apprehended a driver who was implicated in a triple-fatal Rock Creek Parkway earlier this year in Northwest DC.
