Convicted Sex Offender Admits To Sexually Abusing Minors Over 13 Years In Maryland A previously convicted sex offender in Maryland is facing decades in prison after admitting to recording himself sexually abusing minors over the course of more than 13 years. Baltimore resident Garnell Eugene Graves, 58, pleaded guilty in federal court to four counts of sexual exploitation of a child in relation to the sexual abuse of five minor victims, federal prosecutors announced. As part of his plea, Graves admitted that between 2007 and 2020, he abused minors between the ages of 6 and 13 years old.
