Friends and family of a 62-year-old grandfather who was killed in District Heights last week are reeling after he was struck by a driver in Prince George's County. District Heights Willie Evans, Jr. was identified by police as the pedestrian who was killed late on Friday, June 7 while he was walking in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and Forestville Road.
