Weeks after a man repeatedly badgered a pair of teen girls in Charles County, a stalking suspect has been apprehended and charged after being linked to other crimes, the sheriff's office announced. Anthony Lamont Hagens, 42, was arrested following a lengthy investigation into a mid-February incident involving a pair of 15-year-old girls who were walking near St. Ignatius Drive in St. Charles. A former Mission Support Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, DC who was double-crossed will spend years in prison for child porn offenses, federal authorities announced.
