Man Who Beat Girl With Belt Convicted Of Sexually Abusing 8-Year-Old In Maryland Home
A Maryland man who terrorized and sexually abused a member of his household for months while she was just a child has been convicted after she came forward as a teen, the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office announced.
