Overturned Tanker Truck Causes HazMat Situation In Hagerstown (Developing) A tanker truck carrying hazardous materials in Washington County reportedly overturned in Hagerstown on Wednesday, June 15. The truck overturned just before 2 p.m. on Leitersburg Pike, causing vapor cloud on the roadway, developing and unconfirmed reports say.
