Man Accused Of Shooting Shotgun At Cyclists During Charity Ride In Maryland, Sheriff Says A road-raging man who pulled out a gun and began firing in the area of cyclists during a charity ride over the weekend in Calvert County is facing multiple criminal charges, according to the sheriff's office. David Earl Bustin, 66, of Huntingtown, was taken into custody on Saturday morning following an incident during the charity "End Hunger" Bike Ride involving at least two bikers who were targeted by the gun-toting driver.
