Child Porn Distributor Released On Bond, Maryland Police Say
A Charles County man was released on bond after being charged with distributing child pornography online, officials say. Maryland State Police began investigating David Allen Payne, 57, in August 2021 after receiving media files of child pornography that appeared to be distributed online by the suspect.
