Bomb Threat Targeting All Charles County Schools Under Investigation A threat targeting all Charles County Public Schools is under investigation after it was air-dropped in a message sent to students’ cell phones earlier this week. Investigators with the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Homeland Security and Intelligence Section and school resource officers are working to probe a threat that was distributed among the student body on Wednesday, March 23. According to the sheriff’s office, the message indicated that a bomb would be detonated at all Charles County Schools on Friday, March 24, and students immediately reported the threat to administrators.
