Shortly after 10:30 p.m. on May 12, Maryland State Police troopers were called to the 2600 block of Whiteford Road, where it was determined Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania resident Jason Birley was riding a Honda motorcycle when he went off the roadway and struck a telephone pole.
