Maryland Murder Suspect Apprehended For April Shooting Of DC Grandmother, Volunteer, Police Say A Maryland man has become the latest suspect to be charged with murder months after a fatal midday shooting in DC, the Metropolitan Police Department announced. District Heights resident Norvin Dickerson, 41, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 8 with first-degree murder while armed for his role in the shooting of 38-year-old Tiffany Wiggins in April, authorities said. DC Police Offer $25k Reward For Information On Homicide Suspect D.C. police are offering a reward of up to $25,000, as they seek the suspect in a recent fatal shooting, officials said. On September 5, officials arrived at the scene in the 4400 block of Minnesota Avenue at around 1:30 p.m., where they found 31-year-old Terrell Felder suffering from a gunshot wound, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Felder was taken to a local hospital and despite all life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead, authorities reported. Man Charged With April Murder Of D.C. Grandmother The suspect behind a murder that killed a D.C. grandmother has been arrested, authorities say. Morris Jones, 37, was charged for the April killing of Tiffany Wiggins, 38, on Tuesday, June 7, according to Metropolitan Police. Wiggins was found shot to death in a vehicle on the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue shortly after 11 a.m., Sunday, April 17.  Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the police at 202-727-9099.
