Fast-Moving Porch Fire Causes $500K In Damage To Northern Maryland Home Multiple agencies were called overnight to a Carroll County home when flames broke out on the front porch of a Westminster home, according to the Maryland Fire Marshal. Shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, members of the Manchester Volunteer Fire Company and other nearby departments responded to the 1800 block of Ships Quarters Court, where an occupant inside the home reported the fire.  Tonight WFD volunteers and CCDFEMS “C-Shift” paid staff responded on box 04-22 for the working house fire.
