No Charges For Officers Probed In Double Fatal Shooting Involving Husband, Wife: Maryland AG
There will be no charges filed against the officers involved in a fatal shooting during the Thanksgiving holiday last year, the Maryland AG announced on Monday following an extensive investigation. Maryland AG Releases Report Into Fatal Officer-Involved Barbershop Shooting
The Maryland Attorney General's Office has released its report on a deadly officer-involved barbershop shooting in Baltimore last year. Shortly after 3 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2021, off-duty Baltimore Police Sgt. David Burch was getting a haircut at Bladi Style Barbershop on O’Donnell Street when Carlos David Ortega walked in and pulled out a handgun from his waistband.
