Man And Girl Killed, Woman Injured In Maryland Triple-Shooting: Police A man and girl were killed, and a woman was wounded in a triple-shooting in Maryland Wednesday night, Feb. 28. It happened in a home on the 6900 block of Stansbury Lane in Landover around 9:30 p.m., Prince George’s County Police said. Officers found three wounded from gunfire and pronounced the man and girl dead at the scene. The woman was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. Detectives don’t believe the crime to be random, adding that there is no ongoing threat to the community. Firearm Buyback To Be Held For The First Time In Baltimore Baltimore's first firearm buyback event is scheduled to be held next weekend, County officials report. The Baltimore County Police Department and the NAACP, Baltimore County Chapter, in partnership with the Kingdom Worship Center and Brooks Clinton Funeral Service, are jointly hosting the buyback event.
