Dorothy Annette Clements, 30, of Spotsylvania, has been charged with felony murder and child neglect following an investigation into the death of her son earlier this year. Deputies said Leo Franklin, 47, of Maryland, died at the Warrenton Road motel in Stafford just after 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 19.
