Man Killed By Hit-Run Driver Remembered As Person 'Worthy Of Our Praises' In Baltimore County Family and friends are mourning a beloved 75-year-old Baltimore County man who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver.  Officers from the Baltimore County Police Department were called to the intersection of Painters Mill Road and Owings Choice Court in Owings Mills, where they found Reginald Haysbert in the roadway on Wednesday night, police say.  He was rushed to an area hospital and later died from his injuries.
