A Baltimore man was sentenced to a year and a day in federal prison for paying people to bribe drug addicts in New Jersey to go to specific rehab centers -- some as far as California. it didn't take long for a mechanic working at a Maryland auto dealership to scam customers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and now he will be heading back to prison, according to the state Attorney General.
