Body Found Along Baltimore County Roadway, Police Say (Developing) A dead body was discovered along a Baltimore County roadway on New Year’s Day, according to police. Officers responded to the 10000 block of Belair Road near Gunpowder Falls State Park and located the remains of an grown man around 8:25 a.m. Autopsy results are pending.
