Sykesville Man Busted For Possession Of Child Porn, Carroll County Sheriff Says The months-long investigation into a man in possession of child porn in Northern Maryland led to the arrest of a 21-year-old Sykesville man, the Carroll County Sheriff's Office announced on Wednesday.
