Alarms were sounded in the heads of some officials in Maryland when a suspicious device believed to be explosive in nature was uncovered after it was buried in a Harford County yard. A 26-year-old man was arrested after he threw one of his many molotov cocktails at a Capitol police officer in a Washington DC metro station, authorities said.
