Man Working With Drug Dealer Attempted To Kill DEA Agent In Maryland: Feds A Maryland man admitted to attempting to kill a federal officer after opening fire on a DEA agent in Baltimore who was undercover investigating reported drug trafficking, federal authorities announced. Davon Rogers, 40, of Baltimore, pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of a federal officer in connection to a December 2021 incident with co-conspirator Juan Hester, 41, who previously copped to drug charges.
