Maryland Courthouse Partially Locked Down Due To Suspicious Package (Developing) The fourth floor of a Baltimore courthouse has been locked down after a suspicious package was sent to the building, officials say. At around 10:45 a.m. on Thursday morning, the Baltimore City Sheriff's Office issued an alert advising that the Circuit Court building on North Calvert Street has been partially shut down and the fire department's HazMat Unit was called to the scene.
