Man, Woman Indicted For Separate Fatal Maryland Crashes Two drivers involved in separate fatal crashes in Montgomery County have been indicted, authorities say. Robert Worrell, 75, was indicted on felony hit and run charges Thursday, July 28, after allegedly hitting Robert Lawrence, 64, the morning of Friday, Aug. 11, 2020, in the 4100 block of Bel Pre Road in Silver Spring.  Lawrence died in a nearby hospital three days after the collision.  Investigators say that Worrell failed to stop and remain at the scene of the collision or attempt to render reasonable aid or report the collision to police.
