Tow Truck Driver Hit, Killed Helping Motorist On I-95 In Maryland: State Police One person was killed crashing into a tow truck in Prince George's County on I-95 on Thursday afternoon, state police say. At approximately 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, troopers in College Park were called to the northbound lanes of I-95 at Powder Mill Road, where there was a reported multi-vehicle crash. Police say that a tow truck driver stoped to assist another motorist, and while doing so, another driver sideswiped the vehicle.
