Felonious Fugitive With Warrants Out For Arrest In MD Found In Fredericksburg, Sheriff Says A fugitive with multiple felony charges out of Anne Arundel County has been found and taken into custody, police say. Melvin Anibal Duran Flores, 35, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 29, at 9:25 a.m., according to the Stafford County Sheriff's office. Flores had multiple felony charges including three counts of kidnapping, four counts of assault, two counts of false imprisonment and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Detective J.G. Worker Killed By Spotsylvania Trash Compactor Was Weeks Into Job, Sheriff Says The worker killed by a trash compacter in Spotsylvania County on Thursday July 7 has been identified as a 28-year-old man, authorities said. Brandon Nutter of Mineral was just over two weeks on the job when the incident occurred at the Chancellor Convenience Center just before 8:25 a.m., according to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office.  Nutter had been working for the Solid Waste Collections Division as a heavy equipment mechanic, authorities said.  The Chancellor Convenience Center will be closed Friday, July 8, and Saturday, July 9.
