Youth Curfew To Be Enforced At National Harbor In Prince George's County A rash of recent violence and chaotic behavior among youths in Prince George's County has prompted officials to take drastic measures. With the summer rapidly approaching, following months of discussion, officials announced that there will be a juvenile curfew at National Harbor, effective as of 5 p.m. on Friday, April 26.
