A man accused of rape and assault was arrested while driving in an unauthorized part of the Baltimore Airport over the weekend. Wilfredo Pineda, 27, of Silver Spring, was stopped by an MDTA officer while driving a silver Dodge Ram on the inner roadway of the upper level of the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport shortly after 2 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13. A suspicious pickup truck fire is under investigation in Calvert County, the Maryland State Fire Marshal announced on Friday, June 24.
