A strange scene unfolded in a Maryland backyard, where a naked man was busted while waving a tiki torch and causing a disturbance, the sheriff’s office announced.
Antonio Renard Kelly, 43, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following an investigation into a report of an indecent exposure complaint in Calvert County, according to officials.
