Antonio Renard Kelly, 43, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following an investigation into a report of an indecent exposure complaint in Calvert County, according to officials.
Deputies responded to the 800 block of Planters Wharf Road in Lusby in late July, where Kelly was allegedly naked and in the backyard of the home, shouting and making a scene “for all the neighbors to see,” investigators said on Thursday, Aug. 4.
Upon arrival, deputies said that they found Kelly in the backyard lying face down and still shouting, while apparently under the influence of PCP, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office said.
Further investigation inside Kelly’s apartment led to the seizure of a small glass vial of Phencyclidine, a pint-sized glass jar full of marijuana, and a bag of marijuana in plain view, according to investigators.
Kelly was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center, where he was charged with disorderly conduct and later released.
No return court date has been announced.
