The truck overturned just before 2 p.m. on Leitersburg Pike, causing vapor cloud on the roadway, developing and unconfirmed reports say.
The Water Supply Task Force was called in to mitigate and control the vapor cloud in its place, and crews are working to attempt to stop the leak, the report states.
