At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, Baltimore County Police officers were called to an area hospital, when a 16-year-old walked in suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
Investigators say that it was later determined that the shooting happened in the unit block of Cedar Avenue, not far from the school.
Detectives also found that the shooting was accidental when it discharged unexpectedly.
The incident remains under investigation.
