White Van-Driving Man Wanted For Indecent Exposure Incidents In Maryland: Police
A 36-year-old man is facing several charges for allegedly exposing himself to students on multiple occasions near the University of Maryland, authorities announced. Clarksburg resident Ryan Joseph Cibula is facing charges following an investigation by members of the university's police department into an indecent exposure incident outside Elkton Hall late on Monday afternoon.
