Dump Truck Driver Killed In I-270 Crash Was Motorcycle Enthusiast, Dad Maryland State Police continue to investigate a crash that resulted in the death of a dump truck driver and motorcycle enthusiast on I-270 in Montgomery County. Rodney Lee Gibson, 54, of Frederick, has been identified by Maryland State Police investigators as the person killed in a two-vehicle crash when he was driving his dump truck along the interstate in Clarksburg on Monday, May 13.
